Can I reprint just the banner for my existing stand?
Yes. We print replacement graphics for standard 850 mm stands and can fit them for you.
Do I get a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof. Nothing goes to press until you approve it, and changes at proof stage are free.
What file format should I send?
A print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed is ideal. AI, PSD, PNG and JPG also work, and Canva designs can be exported as PDF Print.
I don't have a design. Can you make one?
Yes. Our design studio prepares artwork from your logo and text, usually within 1–2 working days, with two rounds of changes included.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash on collection. New customers pay 50% in advance for custom work; repeat business customers can be invoiced.
Do you deliver outside Faisalabad?
Yes. We courier to every city in Pakistan, usually 1–2 working days to major cities. Delivery within Faisalabad is free on orders over PKR 5,000.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your files for 12 months, so a reorder only needs a WhatsApp message with your previous order reference.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If the fault is ours, such as colour drift from the proof, misprint or trimming errors, we reprint free. Report it within 7 days with photos.
