What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is ideal — CMYK, 300dpi, with 3mm bleed and crop marks. We also take AI, INDD, PSD, TIFF and high-resolution PNG. If your file misses bleed or sits in RGB, we flag it on the proof rather than printing it blind.
How fast can you turn a job around?
Posters and vinyl banners run on a 24-hour cycle. Business cards and stickers take 48 hours because of lamination and cutting. Booklets, rigid signage and anything foiled need 4–5 working days. Same-day is possible on large format if artwork lands before 11am.
Do you print small quantities?
Yes. Digital press handles runs from a single poster or 100 cards without a setup fee. Offset only makes sense past about 2,000 pieces, and we tell you when crossing over saves money.
Can you match a specific brand colour?
We colour-manage to a calibrated profile and can match Pantone references on coated stock within a tight tolerance. For critical brand colours we run a paid press proof on the actual stock before the full run.
What if the print arrives wrong?
If the fault is ours — misregistration, colour drift from the approved proof, trimming error — we reprint at no cost and collect the faulty run. Errors already visible on a proof you approved are chargeable, which is why the proof stage matters.
Do you deliver?
Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000 within Faisalabad. Nationwide courier is charged at cost and dispatched the same day a job finishes. Workshop collection is available until 8pm, six days a week.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash on collection. Business accounts can be invoiced after approval.
Do you print outside the city?
Yes. We deliver printed orders by courier to every city in Pakistan.
